Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueThe worst place I have ever been to. I came in with a groupon for a $21.75 acrylic full set. And a $11.25 pedicure. When I got there she explained it was $21 for just putting the fake nails on then it would be $25 more for gel. So then I decided to just do $25 for gel fine. Then the pedicure, I asked how much gel was, she said $25. Great thinking my total was going to be $50 for both. Reasonable. When I go to check out she says she’s adding the $11.25 onto the 25, and $5 here for this and $5 for this random fees she never told me about. And my total came to over $70!! And she didn’t fully remove the color I had previously on my nails. Do not go here! She will scam you. Over priced like crazy! Great service at a great price. I had a very good experience at the salon. It’s cute and clean! I only had time for a wash. I’m growing out a severe, all-around undercut but Valentina was not daunted by the weirdness of my hair, and she did a great job making it look GOOD. Very personalized, friendly service by both girls. Next time I need to stay for a manicure and deep condition 🙂

This was honestly the best hair experience I’ve ever had, most people try to get it over with and rush you out, but Valmira is so so sweet, you’ll probably walk out feeling more like good friends than someone who just did your hair, also my hair looks fantastic!!! Valmira is very nice and her services were good however since i entered the salon everything was about the price. She spent the first 5 minutes just telling me that all prices have gone up, my hair was too much/too thick and how its not worth it for her to do the groupons. I had two groupons for full highlights with haircut style and deep conditioning and another one for a pedicure. There was tons of fine print and certain things not even in the groupon that I was asked to pay for. I have mid length hair that run below my shoulders. She said that will be extra color for $50, each service i.e. color, haircut, conditioning and style was $5 more so another additional $20. And pedicure does not include color which would be $15 more for regular polish. So after thinking on the extra time and $$ i would have to pay for what i wanted, i chose not to do a full highlight. I left the salon not even with an all over color but just root touch up, haircut and blowdry for the groupon of $50 with additional $20 charge. And the pedicure groupon of $15 was an additional $15 for polish. These charges are what you would pay full price anywhere. So don’t be fooled by the groupon. She’s nice and all ….but it definitely wasn’t a deal/groupon deal that it was sold to me as.
