Made a Sunday hair appointment ONE month in advance. Called the day prior to confirm the appointment just to find out the appointment was cancelled and they had no one to do my hair. Claimed they called when they didn’t. Put me in a terrible spot before a wedding. Very unprofessional move.

I recently ordered hair extensions, and they came in a wrong color. I decided to go to couple salons, and see if they can dye extensions for me. 2 salons refused to do anything. Then I went to Vlad’s studio, and hair stylist Ina, kindly agreed to tone my extensions. I needed them next day for the event, so she asked me to come next morning. When I came back I couldn’t be more happier, extensions looked amazing with the right color, and quality of the hair wasn’t ruined. She also helped me to put them on and curled them. Amazing hair stylist. Very good studio. Super friendly people over there. And the place itself is very cozy. I highly suggest you this hair studio. You won’t regret it!

I came to Vlad’s after spending $200 at another hair salon for a Balayage treatment, who completely ruined my hair. Inet took me in, listened to what I wanted, and gave her professional opinion on what would make it look better or worse. She was so friendly and professional, and my hair came out looking stunning – better than I could have ever imagined. 10 out of 10 for the experience and the outcome. Thank you, Vlad’s!

I did half of my head highlights and the colors are wonderful! Lori is super wise she knows how to create magic with my hair. But overall it was not a welcoming experience and I was rushed. I spent a $150. I expected to have been pampered. I was looking to have the works done on my hair. I was told they were closing and after the wash on my hair and that I had to leave . There were other customers being attended after I left with my hair wet. No blow dry or accommodation were said for a different day to complete my hair experience. Sadly,I had to go to another salon to blow dry my hair.
