Bad service and nails. Followed my sister here. Hadn’t seen the ratings before I did. The older man raised his voice at me a few times. I ended up silently crying while he was doing my nails and left at the end to wipe my now runny nose in the toilet. The nails ended up being bad and crooked, tilting to the right, with the tip polish covering half of my nails. Paid $100 for this and a pedicure. I’ve never cried while and after getting my nails done before. Never again. Going to a better place to have them removed and redone right away. Probably going to have cancel my date today too.

Critical: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueI went there to try it out less than 2 weeks ago and it was terrible. Look at my toenails. I asked the guy not to cut my toenails and file them only and he did anyway while trimming the cuticles. I now have a terrible ingrown toenail! It is so painful. The guy doing my nails kept sneezing, touching his nose and everything around him without washing his hands. I was terrified. I didn’t realize until it was too late he was either sick or something. Not to mention my finger nails were lifting at the cuticle a few days after I had them done, catching my hair underneath them every time I touch it! I would not go here. Worst place ever! I got a manicure here and I have very strong and white nails naturally. I got a green gel polish and I told the guy, „hey usually my whites are very strong so I recommend putting a white coat below“. He said it’ll be fine. Then after 3 layers green color my whites were shining through extremely and he was about to finish. I asked him to put another coat, he said no. I asked him 3 more times, he said no. Then my friend came cause she heard what had happened and asked why he can’t put another coat, he just responded he had put already 3. We then asked again why it matters if 3 or 4 cause this just looks absolutely ridiculous. Eventually the owner overheard us, came over and told the guy to fix it. After that he was really rough on my nails and didn’t talk to me at all anymore. However when paying having the audacity to ask for tips.

I hate to say this because the polish job was fantastic and everything was great BUT the pumice stone was rubbed too long on the side of my toe and took a piece of skin with it. After the pedi, I kept it washed and had ointment on it. A week later my toe is all red and it hurts especially when applying pressure to the toenail attempting to get the amazing polish job off. Now time for some antibiotics.

I have been to other places when I moved further away from the area but have come back because the pedicures offered at this location are absolutely amazing; plus Don is the best of the best at what he does. I feel like I totally threw money away, I always tip and this time I couldn’t even tip because they were too expensive for the nails and quality that I even got. the person who did my nails didn’t even listen to me when I tried stopping them before the situation got worse because the nails just kept getting uglier and uglier. I told him that they were too short and he didn’t listen to me and I ended up leaving with super short nails with not even the color that I wanted. he got offended that I said if the design was too hard it’s totally fine I can pick some thing else and just continue to do it and it turned out horrible and blamed how short the nails were when I already told him they were short.

This used to be my favorite place to go! I went last month & wasn’t very happy with my nails but like I said I loved it here! I went back today & again I’m not happy with my nails! I did some simple & plain. The acryl isn’t even back far enough it looks like I need a fill already & 1 nail has big lumps in the acryl & the little design I asked for looks horrible & is smudged! There is also acryl all over my fingers and under my nails on my skin just horrible! For something simple it was still $50 which is way over priced especially for something I’m not happy about! I’m so sad this was my place & now I gotta find somewhere that takes pride in their work! Good luck & I hope ya’ll can get back to the work you used to do! Thank you for all the times before! I wish you nothing but the best!!
