I asked for my nails to be taken off and painted this color. Half way through Cathy taking my nails off she ripped my nail and told me it was already damaged (it was NOT) so she just had to rip it. I complained because I have a wedding to go to in 2 weeks so she proceeded to do my nails like it was her first time doing nails. There is still acrylic on my nails and they are uneven. I keep telling myself I’m going to stop coming here but this is it! I will never step foot in there and this was the last dime they get from me. Never again!!!! Cathy should be ashamed of herself she has been there for years and this is a MESS!!!

WORST Pedicure ever!!! Took forever!!! Nail polish was too thick! Lady kept shaking the bottle to get it mixed! Ends of toenails are white because polish was too thick to get on ends of nails! I kept saying this is too thick. The color is too light & all she did was giggle. Pedicure

I’m not one to ever complain but I simply went in for a pedicure and they couldn’t even do the job right ! They have kids working here that don’t even have a license or anything to be working on customers and they forget that WE are paying for SERVICE !! I do not see why we look like the bad guys for wanting something done right and again we are paying for it!! My first and last time ever coming here very unprofessional
