My daughter was scheduled for a haircut on Wednesday 6/29 at 1:30pm. We arrived ten minutes early and we were told that they were running a little bit behind. After an hour and a half of waiting we had to leave without a haircut. My daughter had been looking forward to this haircut for quite some time and we live in Athol which is about a 25min drive. No one offered anything, no one called my wife’s phone to try and make it right, just nothing. Also there were two stylists that finished their cuts and walked to the back room without offering any help as well. Basically, from what we experienced they are seriously lacking in terms of respect for their customers and the overall feeling is that we were not wanted as patrons.

She made what I wanted to happen super easily even though I wasn’t quite sure what I wanted I showed her a few photos and she made my hair turn out better than expected 10 out of 10 would go again!

I got my haircut by Kristin today and was literally brought to tears by how amazing I felt and looked. It is obvious that she takes joy in her work as it showed in how she cut and styled my hair. I had Julie cut my hair. it was the first time, with Julie. She understood what I wanted and delivered it. The style is different from what it was and it is the one I”ve wanted for some time now. Why Not Give it A Shot
Love Vixen and Todd. It took me over a year after moving to the area to find a place that I felt confident in enough to color my hair. I am very picky. When I walked in the atmosphere was welcoming and Julie is fun and very professional. I love that she is an instructor for Loreal Professional and takes the time to explain what it is she is doing to accomplish the look we are after. I only do my hair a couple times a year and will never go to anyone else.
