I got gel and friend got dip. Noticed they dipped my friend’s fingers directly in the powder container. Also the thickness of the dip was a little off in some spots for her and they only used the cuticle trimmer on one hand. My gel was alright. Tbh I shape my own nails more consistently at home, and got some overflow of polish on my cuticle lines and have residual smeared polish on my skin around the nails. Came in with one nail slightly broken off and had to tell them to at least please shape them like the others. They were just gonna leave it square when all my other nails were oval. Overall, quick service, needed a walk-in and that was very easy and efficient. Just did not wanna deal with painting my own nails for once. Kind on the phone and everything. No issues about that and I still tipped well. I would maybe try it out here again but likely would check somewhere else out next time!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Vixen Nails! I had a busy first week of school and needed to treat myself and relax. That’s exactly what happened! I went in with most of my acrylics off and Kim happily put on a new set. Additionally I was hoping to get a bit of a more complex gel polish request. Kim loved the idea and was happy to do it! It was the absolutely best way to end my first week of school. I am really looking forward to my next visit!

The environment of the salon is very clean! Booking an appointment online was very easy and my tech even reached out via text to confirm my appointment, which I appreciated. However, within the first week my pedicure and manicure were both chipping. I got a basic pedicure with regular polish and after only a week, I’ll need to go somewhere else to get a new one. Usually this service can last me up to 8 weeks with no issues. For my manicure, I got dip powder on my natural nails and within days it was cracking off. The tech also did not push back my cuticles or tend to them which is a pet peeve of mine when the nails costs > $50. I will not be returning to this salon and do not recommend their services. My first photo is immediately after my services and the second two pictures show the cracking and chipping 9 days after my visit.

Was very disappointed w outcome of my nails paid $65 for this which isn’t bad honestly but it is to much to not be satisfied. The shaping is completely off I asked for coffin not sure what shape I got. The polish was applied poorly and all my nails are different lengths. When I showed them to a friend the first question they asked was “you paid for that.” Been getting my nails done for years and I have never left a bad review but this was honestly the WORST experience I’ve ever had.

They really took the time to make my nails look perfect. The pedicure was good, but the manicure was very low quality. She did not do any cuticle removal or shaping, and very clearly rushed through it. These photos are taken right after the service! Will not go back unfortunately. Manicure

Tien did my fill today, every tech there does an amazing job! The whole staff is friendly and you are greeted right as you walk in, i usually call day of and they have always taken me in for services. Very clean and a nice atmosphere, the staff will make sure you are taken care of 🙂 bring photos if you are looking for a specific design or nail shape! very accommodating and this is the only place I go for my nails anymore
