We’re Vivify Salon Spa, and we’ve been a beauty salon and day spa here in Washington, MO, since 2016. We specialize in skin care, waxing, nails and we also offer hair color correction, derma needling, manicures, and more. Diana started this business because of the solid bonds she formed with her clients and her desire to focus on great customer experience, catering to the specific needs of each client. We’re looking forward to continually partnering with clients from Washington, Union, Pacific, Hermann, Wildwood, Chesterfield, Wentzville and surrounding areas to offer a premier spa day experience. I recently had my hair done by Scot the hairstylist at Vivify Salon in Washington MO, who I mistakenly trusted to give me a simple perm. Would never recommend him to anyone. Very unprofessional. He did a perm for me that didn’t stick the next day (I followed the rules, no wet hair) not only that but my hair is breaking and damaged badly. He charged me $105 for a perm kit you could do at home. I was so upset I asked for a refund which he refused after telling me I’d have 100% satisfaction. If you know you messed up own it and fix the issue with your customer. He’s a shady character, so beware. When I reached out to the owner the second time hoping SHE could resolve this, I heard nothing back. Very disappointed and hurt.

Was trying to make an appointment for both a manicure and pedicure. The guy taking down my info seemed nice enough until they wanted my Credit card information. I told them I would enter said info into an encrypted site but their website isn’t encrypted and I just don’t feel comfortable entering or giving out financial info Willy Nilly.

I loved my service here it was so good. Scot did my hair and he fixed it from whatever the hive did to my hair. He got rid of the layers I didn’t want in the first place, and fixed the choppiest haircut of my life. I wanted my hair dyed and I didn’t know what I wanted and I feel so fancy idk what he did (he told me but all i know is it pretty) but I love it and its giving me main character energy ✨ My hair looks healthier after a color and bleach than a haircut thanks to Scot!! Diana was also present and she is so sweet and professional and has GREAT energy ~
