Love this nail salon and spa. My nails are perfect every time. They take the time to make sure everything is even instead of most places who try to go as fast as they can. I don’t mind it taking extra time as long as the end product looks great. Time for my refresh on my nails see you soon. Both Leah and Hudson are amazing.

There service is so good. They do allow walk ins but calling in and making an appointment is best because then there’s not as long as a wait. They take there time with you nails but are also fast. There prices make sense. There super nice when doing your nails and hold conversation. Every single time I’ve been here they have never failed me. I leave this place super happy and in love with my nails.

I went to get dip powder removed from my natural fingernails and a pedicure. I was extremely disappointed in the service. I got an older male nail technician who wanted to use a hard dremel tip on my natural nails to get the remaining polish off. I explained and asked three times if he could use a softer less courser bit because I was afraid he would damage my natural nails as I could feel the heat on my nail bed. He stopped all together and continued working with my feet. All my toe nails are scratched and damaged. He was very rough a handing my feet. After expressing my distress about my finger nails, the technician went and sat down watching a movie and another nail technician women actually asked another technician to see to my nails because I had dried acetone, black nail polish stuck on my fingers and my nails looked very dry. Another technician, walked over and gave me acetone and I had to clean my own nails off. If I’m paying to get them removed why am I the one removing my own nail polish. Furthermore, he didn’t bother to check and cleanly remove the dip nails. I have attached photos. I will not be returning. To allow a customer to leave with damaged nails and shows management does not care for its customers.

This was my first time to this salon and I will definitely be back. They were amazing with the care & service to do my pedicure. The Salon is extremely clean and they take covid precautions. Nice & spacious. Will be my new regular salon when i am in town for sure. Pedicure

Walked in at 4:00 p.m. on a Sunday and asked if I could have a gel polish change and he said no problem but wouldn’t I rather have a manicure? I said if you have the time absolutely. Young lady did it absolutely beautiful job. Was very happy with the end result just a little more money than I thought it would be but have no comparison since I haven’t had one done in Vero before. Would definitely go back☺️ .

My first time at the brand new salon and my experience was more than satisfactory! Leah did my pedicure and she was amazing, great massage my nail shape and color is perfect! Hudson did my nails and wow he blew me away! By far one of the most talented nail techs out there! This new family ran nail salon will be my new go to and I will definitely be recommending them so everyone! Thank you for such a great experience!!!

I have to say I have been to many nail salons and didn’t receive have the hospitality as I did today. Ann is the one who did my nails she was nice and executed my nails. I gave her a picture and received exactly what I asked. From customer service to nail shape to design. Next time I come I’ll be getting me a pedi then following my fill after. Thank you for the excellent work!!! Love love my nails.

I moved from Dallas TX 3 yrs ago and have been looking for a nail salon ever since. I finally found the place. Very clean and friendly They did a Gel extension manicure. I showed a picture and received it exactly! I will be back this is the best in vero ! Pedicure, Gel manicures

I went to Vivid Touch on 07/14/22. First, when I walked through the door no one didn’t acknowledge me standing at the front for a good 30 seconds which is a long time when you see people in there working. So, when I sat down in the chair & I was asked for a Pedicure & was given the chart of different pedicures prices and went with the Basic $35. I told the young lady that I wanted gel on my toes and she said it will be $55!!! I said why $55 and why the extra $20 added?! She said have to remove the gel that’s on my toes!!! Like that is ridiculous! So, I went regular nail Polish and paid $40. The young lady was very sloppy and fast with the nail clipper which was very unprofessional!! Even when I asked for a bottle of water she had an attitude!! My overall first time experience was Trash. I Don’t Recommend ! 0.5 out 5!!!
