Me and my husband have used them for a couple of years. Several times after freezing our accounts they still charge with no refund. Managers don’t call back as they say they will. Looks like the BBB needs to hear what their up to. Requested to speak with Andrew on many occasions and they refuse to do so. When they want their money they take it but when we want answers they don’t want to help resolve the issue.
