My experience was terrible! I was at the new location on Pearl now called Malibu. They colored mine and my sons hair(he is 10 with shorter hair), for my other sons wedding, and charged $600! The colors came out the next day for my son and mine faded and looked absolutely terrible! Plus I asked for white and purple and she only did purple! They were supposed to refund my sons hair completely and redo our hair but I only got part of the refund, which took a month to get, and I have been trying to get the rest and now they won’t respond to me. We went back for them to fix it and it was even worse! They treated us terribly and we were very uncomfortable. The color wasn’t sealed in (we were only there for 30 min! How can you color hair in only 30 min!!) and came out again and got all over our clothes and bedding for a week! My son is only 10 and he said the lady never even talked to him and was very mean to him. After she put the color in she rinsed his hair with very hot water! I would never recommend this place!!! Worst experience I have ever had!!

Vivid salon and spa has been an absolute lifesaver for my hair. Molly is an incredible stylist and keeps you updated AND realistic. You know exactly what you’re getting, unlike other salons I’ve been to. It has been so long since i have had my hair done because of bad experiences at 2 other salons, and I’m so happy to have found this little piece of heaven. Girls are professional and fun to be around.

I hadn’t gotten my hair done in a long time so it was awesome she was able to fix everything in one sitting. It was exactly what I wanted. The staff was nice and helpful. She is very kind, explains everything that she is going to be doing with you and makes sure that her vison for your hair is exactly how you want it. I have natural curly hair and I don’t trust people with handling it because they’ve messed it up before. But I trust Hailey 100% with my hair and I am now a forever client who will sit in her chair. I have had my hair done by Hailey twice now and I am supper excited to go back for my 8wk touch up with her in Jan. She is very kind, explains everything that she is going to be doing with you and makes sure that her vison for your hair is exactly how you want it. I honestly thought I was going to have to chop all of my hair off or someone was going to tell me there was nothing they could do. Terrie tackled the challenge head on, was SO KIND with me the entire time, explained everything she was doing along with why she was doing it, and not only took beautiful care of my hair, but of me in general. The transformation from before Terrie cut my hair to after is GINORMOUS. I went from having the worst haircut of my life, to liking my hair more than I ever have before. The fact that Terrie was able to take such a nightmare and turn it into something so beautiful….I will never go anywhere else to get my hair cut!! Terrie is a MIRACLE WORKER!!!! I had the worst haircut of my life at a different shop, and showed up to Vivid in TEARS. I honestly thought I was going to have to chop all of my hair off or someone was going to tell me there was nothing they could do. Had such a great experience!!! Jessica is the best! This was my first time and everyone was so welcoming and friendly! Jessica did a fantastic job on my cut and explained all the products and how she styled my hair and even showed me how to curl it. She really went above and beyond ! She also did my eyebrows and do a wonderful job. I’m so happy I found Vivid, can’t wait to go back and have my color done!!!
