My split dye came out absolutely beautifully with black and blue, Toni made the blue so vibrant and pretty! If you want to dye you’re hair blue, pink, purple I seriously recommend asking for Toni, she’s amazing!

My mother was in this show yesterday and paid for a wash, haircut, and styling. The person who cut her hair was very nice but really did not know what she was doing and even had another person help her. My Mom was there for 2 hours and her haircut was never finished nor done as she had asked and she didn’t get the styling either. The total cost was $45 and when my Mom told the owner she was not happy and hadn’t even gotten a completed haircut, and that the person who was cutting it really didn’t know what she was doing, they gave her $10. That is unsatisfactory customer service. Shame!!! I would give 0 stars but it won’t allow you to. My Mom will not be going back and I warn all of you not to go either.

Had a conditioning treatment. Was priced $50 but manager Katelynn Renee, changed the price to $70 after conditioning was in hair. She was rude and refused to give her name or phone number of any management over her and said “you can’t get me fired no matter who you talk to”. My son paid the bill but the manager was horrible to her employees and customers. I would like to speak with someone over this salon and will be speaking to the better business bureau as well.
