I had a wonderful haircut last week by Nicole Lavoie. I have very, very thick wavy hair and it was long. She took 4 inches off and did such a great job. She worked with the thickness and wave so beautifully, I now can let it dry naturally or blow-dry my hair easily. Thank you Nicole!!!

My daughter and I recently had a terrible experience here. I made an appointment for my 18yo daughter to get a foil and cut. I was quoted by Amber that the minimum for a full foil was $120 with a maximum of $180 including a cut and blow dry. Vivid Salons website also has a full foil listed at $120. The website say full foil with an asterisk after it saying price subject to change after consultation. Amber never mentioned that the price could change after consultation on the phone and Nicole was the one who provided the service and also never mentioned there was going to be an additional charge over what was quoted by Amber.My daughter had a haircut prior to the foil and her hair was then shoulder length. No extra services were requested or given, just the cut and foil as I originally requested upon making the appointment. At the end of the appointment, my daughter was charged 100.00 over the maximum charge we expected.Before posting this review, I reached out to the owner to arrive at a resolution by offering to pay the maximum I was quoted of $180. The owner was defensive,rude and unwilling to resolve this matter professionally. I would not recommend this place to anyone.As far as I’m concerned this was the classic bait and switch.Avoid Vivid at all costs.There are so many other salons in the area.
