I have been going to Vivid for a few years and I am so happy to have found them! I have nationally curly hair but hadn’t found a routine to allow me to wear my hair naturally without it looking a mess. Danielle worked with me to get my hair healthy, find products that work and cut it in a way to make my curls spring to life! Danielle has also started coloring my hair and as someone who’s never done that before she’s been a huge help to explain the process and what is needed to maintain the color. I have been going to vivid for a few years now and have always had a wonderful experience. If it was a major chop, post pregnancy color change or a basic trim, I’ve never left the salon unhappy. I leave feeling fresh, fun, relaxed! We recently started bringing my kiddos and vivid has continued to be amazing! I followed Emily to this salon specifically because of how incredible my hair comes out every time. I’ve gone for a simple wash and cut and for fashion color and I’m blown away every time with her work. She always will explain what she will do and will ask questions during the process to make sure I’m getting exactly what I want when I leave. Vivid staff takes excellent care of their clients. My stylist took the time to talk with me and understand what i was looking to accomplish. She took the time to explain various options and walk through what those options would cost. This salon has different tiers of colorists and their staff is constantly being trained on new techniques. I know this as i have started following them on social media. A+ service, A+ communication- can it be pricey yes- but my hair is an investment not a quick side project for someone- would never it trust just anyone. Your hair is one of the first things that people see. Thanks for making me comfortable and for an amazing result.

I have been a customer of Vivid since they opened, following my stylist Tobi from the salon she worked at previously. I am exceptionally pleased with all services I have ever received for myself and my two daughters. I regularly get “fun” colors in my hair. Tobi is a master at this.
