I’ve been coming here for several months now and have never had a bad experience. Ken does THE BEST stiletto nails I’ve ever gotten. I got my first ever manicure and I was pretty nervous, but Vanessa was very nice and helped me figure out what I wanted. I was especially charmed by how attentive she was, I accidentally cut both of my thumb nails way too short the previous night and they were both very sensitive. Vanessa picked up on this immediately and was extra careful with my thumbs and checked in to make sure I wasn’t in pain. My nails turned out very cute and the color is radiant!

Summary: Avoid for standard manicures and pedicures. My first time visiting Vivid Nails this past week and it will be my last time. A friend and I both wanted and received standard manis and pedis. The whole time we were asked (practically harassed) why we wouldn’t upgrade to gel or dip and then had our technicians rush through our appointments to get to other customers who did. Not an inexpensive visit either – $120 total. Both have visible bubbles and immediate chipping.

I went to Vivid for the first time today and was thrilled with how my nails look! I got a manicure with dip powder and art on them and they’re beautiful!
