Horrible experience will never return.. I went here to get my nails done for a party, I showed the lady what I want and she seemed to understand at first. I explained I wanted a ombré and I asked her if it was extra charge she never replied. Then she continued doing them and added the glitter which looked horrible. I then told her I didn’t like and she had an attitude with me. Did a different type of glitter and I explained I wanted it brushed up. She ignored me again. Ended up paying more than I should have. Never again.

This is my 5th time coming to this establishment, first time getting “serviced” and last time I’ll be back. This particular time I come in the lady ask “ how can I help?” so I let her know that my nail isn’t broken yet, but it is lifting can I get it replaced. She tells me to speak to the man that sits at the first table , I tell him the samething . He ask did I get it done there I told him no he was saying something else, but the lady from the back yells “ if you don’t have an appointment we can’t help you” I say “ ok that’s fine can someone just put super glue so it doesn’t break?” they said they could which I was grateful for . My problem is it says “ walk ins welcomed” , but for some reason everytime I “walk in” they tell me I should’ve made an appointment. I absolutely hope it isn’t a “color issue”.

We had 3 pedicures there and they were kinda sad. Felt rushed. Basically paid $35 to sit in a massage chair and have our feet washed. Really disappointed. People were nice but not interested.

They did an amazing job with my grama… Very patient and caring. She had a manicure and pedicure which she enjoyed every minute of! So relaxing like it should be. All of the employees were very nice and made sure we all had a great experience. Can’t wait to go back ❤️

Critical: ProfessionalismWalk-ins clearly not welcome!! Walked in right at 10am (opening time) first of all the owners had just arrived so nothing what set up or ready. So if you are so busy wouldn’t you be ready for customers at 10am not 10:10? Second of all, I came in for a pedicure and the son told me to come back at 2:15…I live an hour away I’m not driving back at 2:15…but I just politely said “ok, thank you” turned to leave and the mother is yelling at me “hey, hey you, if you want to come back you have to call me first!” But don’t worry I won’t call first because I will not be back.Walk-ins clearly not welcome!! Love going here to get my nails done!! My bestie and I go every 2 weeks for fills and color change. Cindy knows when we call for an appointment that it is us. So friendly and personal. Highly recommend Vivid for a pamper.

I was in town for my sister’s wedding. My other sister and I walked-in Friday afternoon. They squeezed us in even though they were busy. It was THE BEST pedicure I’ve ever had. The price was amazing. I’m used to paying double the price for half of the service where I live. Staff was friendly. I will definitely be making an appointment at Vivid Nails next time I’m in town.

Have been dissatisfied in the past but the young gentlemen who did my pedicure tonight was amazing. Very personable and did an excellent job on my nails. Pretty sure last time I was here he had corrected the mistakes made by his coworker. Would give him my business over and over again!
