And I knew she was going to cut me with how fast and aggressive she was doing my nails.I’m super disappointed with there service and they still charge me for my pedicure! I went to the salon based upon another comment, but I was not impressed. Not sure the instruments were sterilized as they were loose inside her container and not in a plastic bag. The water was extremely hot and not comfortable. I paid an extra $15 to have callous removed, and the technician rubbed the area above my callous and made my toe bleed. She was too rough from the beginning! Then she wanted to charge another $15 for special nail polish; although, I brought my own nail polish which she tried to put into her container. After my polish, I learned they did not have the blue lights for fast drying.

My daughter and I had an appointment at 10:30 on a Saturday, we drove separately I was a little bit late they had already started on her which is fine but it took them at least 45 minutes to start on mine they wrapped them with the foil cuz I had shellac and never said anything that they were sorry but she was totally done with her nails and had to wait for me to keep me company was disappointing when we had an appointment My daughter has gone to that place a lot I only went because I was treating her for her birthday probably won’t come back

I’ve lived in Wilsonville for about 20 years now, and I’ve tried nearly every salon in town. Vivid Nails offers the best, most long lasting manicure/pedicure in town. They offer complimentary alcoholic, or non-alcoholic beverages, as well as a nice array of services. The only downside, if it can even be considered one, is that their attention to detail is so great, that their services can take a little longer to complete than other places. However, I consider it worth the wait, because my nails always look wonderful, and last weeks. They are also under new management. I didn’t notice any issue with the previous owners, but the new owner is friendly and knowledgeable about the services offered.

Wow, so first off the staff is incredibly friendly and the service I received was amazing. This was the first time I went to a nail salon since I moved to Oregon two years ago. Vivid Nails take amazing steps when it comes to health safety. Pedicure stations are comfortable and for foot health safety plastic is placed before water if filled. I thought this was amazing and thoughtful for customers. Also they give you your own nail file and buffer (which I believe you take back with you when you return to use again?). Anyway Vivid Nails in my opinion deserves 5 stars and I will most definitely be back. Thank you for an amazing experience!
