The very first time I went here I was very happy with my set (first pic from 2018). The next few times weren’t so great. I wasn’t always happy with the final product, as it wasn’t quite what I asked for or looked somewhat messy. I thought I would have bad luck w getting my nails done forever, until I got set up with Dee! She works quickly and still manages to clean up my cuticles nicely and shape my nails to perfection. Can get a little pricey, but it’s definitely worth it every time I get my nails done by her.

I love this nail salon. The ladies there are great. Marie is the owner and got me seated as soon as I got there. I did gel x and got ombre for my nails with Tiffany and gel pedicure with Tammy. They both did such a great job with their work. They were friendly and professional. This is my go to nail salon here in the valley.

Vivid has the best gel manicurists. I’ve had Tiffany and Sarah the most lately and they always shape my nails to my liking, my cuticles are always clean, and my nails last long. Booking is easy and everyone is just really sweet at Vivid. Love this spot. Gel manicures

Kinda pricey . I paid $60 for my full set somewhere else , I just went here for a cut down,file down & color change it came out to $70. My whole set was cheaper than that . And the white was blotchy, looks like a kid drew my design! Overpriced for garbage work

It’s a bit pricey, and I wouldn’t go there again to get my nails done if I can find another place… sorry. They do an okay job but my nails/ skin were nicked a few times when using the electric nail filer by the person doing my nails.

My girlfriend went to do her mani & pedi. The mani was amazing & well done by Andy. But when she went w/ Jenny did not listen to me & I said “no gel” but she still applied gel, she said “i can do 54.” Even the client next to her heard her. My gf said okay & then at the front desk was charged 64$. She brought up the deal that was made during pedicure & said they said “sorry there’s no discount. It’s only Monday & Tuesday.” They said it was a misunderstanding on our parts when it was my gfs first time there. She wouldn’t know. Then the receptionist had the audacity to say “follow us on insta”. Won’t be going back.

Love this place! It was my first time here and I was visiting the area for a wedding. My nails have been damaged and neglected for a long time. I got a gel mani and gel pedi (at the same time) with dip powder for strength so I can grow my nails out. Both nail techs were gentle and did really well. I have very ticklish feet so that’s important. Response time for setting an appointment is super quick. I requested an appointment and info on Yelp and was able to call and confirmed an appointment for the very next day. The salon is clean and well kept and the decor is so cute. Great prices for great service!!! 12/10 would visit again

Maria is definitely an asset to the salon. having great customer service skill and being approachable and able to handle difficult situations says a lot about a person. she has always been helpful, delightful and makes you at ease. gives recommendations that make you feel like she truly cares. definitely will be back. my last appointment with Tiffany was great!. thank you

The worst service I have ever received,manicure tech her name was DI, was very rude, at the beginning for acrylic set she asked for 90$ where as at the price list it says 40+(couldn’t even imagine that after + sign they would try to charge 50$ or more)soon as she heard it was going to be a regular manicure she doesn’t even let me choose preferered color.She showed the wall right next to the register (where you wouldn’t even had many options to choose from old abd dried nail polishes), and said you can choose a color only from there. NO PROFESSIONALITY, NO QUALITY, THE ONLY PROFESSIONAL AND NICE PERSON I SAW TODAY AT THIS SALON WAS THE RECEPTIONIST MARIA and Sarah manicure tech who did my mom’s manicure and pedicure.

I walked out paying more than for the full set I had got prior. Fills,1 broken nail, a design cost $70. My nails are not long either. And to top it off my nails are uneven and there is leftover acrylic paste under 1 nail.
