Small nail shop. It is not fancy but prices are fair. I had a pedicure and French manicure today and felt rushed even though I had an appointment. Critical: Quality, ValueJust zoom in on the photo of my toes. Nothing else really needs to be said.This is a very small, very dated nail salon. I tried other nail salons in the area but couldn’t get in and was shocked I got in here when I called. (Now I know why)I was the only person in the place, but was completely rushed with my gel manicure and pedicure. The manicure is just OK- mine never last very long no matter where I go as I am hard on my hands so I can let it slide.But the pedicure- first off they don’t have options to choose from. Just one pedicure and it’s $32. She did a good job cleaning up my cuticles, filing etc but then all I got was a barely rough pumice thing rubbed on my feet rapidly. Followed by a 60 second massage that consisted of slapping the lotion on and rubbing both legs at same time. I did get a hot towel to wipe off lotion.I didn’t inspect the polish job till I got to my car which was a mistake. My 8 year old could’ve done a better job. I rarely complain and usually will just never be a patron of the place again and that is the case here.$70 gone ♀️Just zoom in on the photo of my toes. Cute little mom and pop nail salon. They’re not very up to date on their gel polish and everything is really old in there but the employees are nice. These are my toes after a week. Not bad. It’s French but with gel polish. It cost me around $60.

I went in for a full set and was speechless to the lack of customer care I received. A guy the owner did my full set and failed to mention he would charge me for a French tip because their air brush machine is broken. The only paint service included in the price is solid nail polish. He sends me to a female for the French tip. She was very rude, kept messing up my nails and the white line was crooked. Every time I’d advise her it was slanted from my view she would get an attitude throw the supplies down and speech in a foreign language to the owner. The polish was not dry before she put the clear coat and this was very obvious and she continued with an attitude every time I would show her my nails were messed up. I got no apology and still left with three nails smeared. I wouldn’t recommend this salon to anyone

I come here mainly to get gel polish (polish that lasts 2-3 weeks unlike regular polish that can last 1-3 days) and pedicures and they always do a wonderful job. Most places I’ve been to in the past, the employees don’t speak a word of English. This place does. The salon is clean and the staff are always friendly. The shop doesn’t smell of fumes which is also a plus. I don’t recommend coming in when the salon is near closing time.

I honestly would have given more stars however there were two customers in the shop getting the same thing done. However two very different experiences were had. Both of the shop employees served the both of us although she started twenty minutes before me. While the woman in front of me had a great experience one I would have liked to have maybe they didn’t like the way I dress down on an off day. Maybe it makes my money worth less. While one guest was told that they tried their best the other was not even invited back. I could see if I had been rude however I thanked them for sending me from their shop with undried nails. I know the other guest will be back however I can get a fill and my nails painted elsewhere for thirty some dollars and be treated like a person. Thanks for the work you did I can’t do it so I do appreciate it however no person should be treated that way it’s unacceptable. Thanks!

I made an appointment for 2:45. I walked in at 2:49 and explained to the guy I was here for an appointment and he was like “oh you’re late, it’s gonna be a wait” very rudely. I asked how long… he said it was going to be an hour. There were two employees working on a mother/daughter. No one else in line. Maybe I would’ve waited if they were nicer. P.s. I was four minutes late cause I ran into giant eagle to get cash to leave a tip.
