Highly disappointed. 8/10 of my cuticles were cut with the e-file and bleeding, they sting pretty badly now and I’m worried about infection. No apology either. My SNS nail color was completely different than the swatch (ok, understandable, it happens). But between that, the cuticles, and the fact that my nails were very uneven/crooked and the nail could be seen underneath? I feel embarrassed to be seen with these. Never coming back here again.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI’ve been coming here for years out of convenience because it is close to my home, but I decided after my last experience with this salon that I will never be returning. This salon is grossly overpriced for the quality of work. I’ve only left 2 or 3 times satisfied out of the several times I’ve been here. They up charge for literally any and everything, you could ask them to file a part of your nail and they’d add onto your total for it. The prices on the board are NOT the prices you are paying when they are finished and when you ask the owner why the price has varied, he’ll make up some sorry excuse as to why you’re paying x amount vs the amount on the sheet with the service prices. Example, I went in and was pressed for time so I told the ladies I just wanted a polish change and for them just clean up the bottoms of my feet, skip all the ins and outs of a regular pedicure (no massage, no clipping, no filing) the whole process took them approx. 10 minutes, when they asked the owner how much it was for that (after they were already done of course) he said $25 which is the FULL price for a pedicure. The worker even said “we just did the polish change and used the pumice”. The owner only cares about your money, not the quality of work he’s giving to you for it. My sets always look wonky, it’s very hit or miss. They do a VERY mediocre job for an extremely high price and I thought the unusually high prices were because of the location up until I went to the salon down the street and my total was far less for the exact same services provided by this salon. I like the girls that work here but honestly the owner ruins this salon for me.
