This is how my nails look after only 3 days of doing gel manicure. I don’t cook, I work with software, So there wasn’t any reason they would damaged in this horrible way. People there are super friendly, I really loved them and their customer service, but my nails are completely broken and the gel didn’t last more than 2 days.

This is by far the best nail salon I have been to. From the variety of colors they have to offer to their kind hearted staff. I usually go to Sasa. She is so amazing and takes her time making sure you are satisfied with your nails. Would highly recommend!!!

Had such a nice experience getting a powder manicure and regular pedicure! I made a reservation just incase it was busy around 5:30pm and to my surprise I didn’t even need it since I was seen right away. The place is quaint, has pedicure massage chairs that did the job but could probably be replaced since they looked old and had some wear and tear, the staff was very friendly, the place was nice and quiet, which is super helpful since we all know you want to relax as you get your nails done. The price was pretty good since I think it’s also less than others in the area, so all in all I’d say I’m definitely returning! Will see how long this powder mani lasts.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. Gina did my pedicure and was extremely inattentive and barely scrubbed my feet. She didn’t know how to even massage my feet. Her carefulness with polishing was also very poor.

The first time I went I got gel manicure. It felt a little rushed but it came out fine and it lasted a few weeks. The second time I got a French manicure but unfortunately not a single nail was acceptable. It felt rushed, didn’t do my cuticles well, the tips are all different from each other and not straight and you can see the mistakes all over. On top of that, she didn’t wait for it to dry so the top coat made a mess with white all over the nail. I’m so disappointed all I want to do is remove it right away.

I have been to this salon twice for a gel manicure and removal. Both times I had a really great experience. This salon has now become THE place I will go to if I want to get my nails done. My manicure lasted over three weeks and I work in a school setting. Not to mention the prices are really reasonable and the staff has always been great. If you live or work around UES then I recommend coming to Vivid Salon.

This place is horrible. If I could give no stars I would. I really thought I found a hidden gem near my job but their customer service sucks. I got a dip powder new set as well as gel nail polish on them (we used OPI) on a Friday and went home and took a shower. After my shower 6 of my nails had already peeled off like literally peeled off. I called them to let them know what had happened. They stayed they would redo my nails free of charge. After going back on Monday I wish I had not. One of the owners or managers on duty redid my nails this time with the orange color as seen below. She tried to tell me I was the only person who had experienced this but the same day I went in to do my nails there was another woman coming back as well because her gel polish also peeled off completely. I left that day already with the idea I would never return to that spot again, but 1 days after redoing my nails from the horrible job they already did my nails have chipped and already started peeling. I was extremely disappointed and felt at this moment I just need a full refund for the untrained staff they have there. I had called to let the manager Safa know that I was highly upset and only wanted a refund. When I went to the salon to receive my refund it was even worse. At first she tried to sit me down to redo my nails for the 3rd time. I explained that I already called and wanted a refund for this. She at first went to the register to give me my money back and then after speaking to her employee she decided to only give me half. Did I pay half when I came? I asked for a full refund and that is what I expected. She told me no she will only refund half because it’s been 10 days when in fact it had not. From Friday to Monday when they were originally done had been 3 days and from Monday to Wednesday when the second set was redone it was 3 so in total 6 days. After repeating she would not give me a refund I spoke with my bank company and had it done for me. This spot is horrible. Their service sucks. They tell you they will do one thing and don’t do it at all. Please skip out on this place if your in the neighborhood and pay an extra $10 somewhere else for a quality nail salon. I am also an Influenser on Instagram and will definitely be letting my 22k followers know about this location.
