This was my first visit to Vivid. It took 2 phone messages and 5 days to get a return call. That was kind of a bummer. My appointment was changed due to weather. No big deal. I waited 20 minutes because she was running late. Ok, not a big deal. But that meant I did not get the full time I was scheduled for. And I did not get the haircut I requested. She totally skipped a step. The stylist was fun and friendly but obviously rushed. I want the opportunity to go back in to get it fixed. I left another message. I hope they call back soon.

Vivid Beauty is our favorite salon in Fairbanks. Cayla always does an excellent job and makes sure to stay up on all the latest trends. The shop is clean and beautifully decorated, and they often have local artwork. There is a good selection of products for sale with gift sets for special occasions and local handmade items. Absolutely recommend for anyone from a plain quick trim to a full service pampering with a fun new style.

Have gone in for a lash perm and now a hair cut. Everyone is extremely nice. Norene is an awesome stylist! Cut my hair exactly how I wanted, you can really tell it’s something she enjoys doing and is excellent at it.
