Got my eyelashes done by Vivica there and I noticed there was a gap between the lashes on one side of my eye and then the other lashes fell out within the same day I got them done. She finished my lashes within 20-25 mins (half of the time it should take) and when I tried to contact her about it.. she would rarely answer me. She claimed that the lashes fell off because they’re not parnament & that they last 24 hours to a week.. I’ve gotten my eyelash extensions plenty of times & they can last anywhere from 3 weeks to a month depending on how good I take care of them. Will never go here again.

Had lashes placed at 10am on Wednesday morning. Did not get them wet for over 24 hours. Also ZERO makeup and they were all gone by Saturday morning. Fine. But if I wanted lashes that fell off in less than 3 days I could have done it myself and saved $45. Save your self some time and money and go somewhere else.

My girlfriend just moved to the area and was looking for a small business that does lashes. She called the number listed and was directed to text the number instead for scheduling. She texted the woman and after a 24 hour delay, was told to schedule her appointment on Pretty EnV’s site. The site is set up in such a way that you first choose your service (lashes), then choose your date and time (it shows what is available). My girlfriend scheduled and later on was sent a text canceling her appointment. Before she could respond to that, the woman who does the lashes text her again and told her she should have ‘read the salons policies’ on the website and that she only does lashes on Tuesday and Thursday’s. But again, the scheduling site allowed her to schedule for any day of the week. Instead of working with her to reschedule, or make it right, the woman waited two more days to send a snarky text ending in “be blessed”. It is unrealistic to expect someone to investigate a salon so hard as to read their policies. However, most do read their reviews. Which is why I am leaving this. Be blessed.
