Vivian’s Nails

Positive: ValueWhy is there so many bad reviews? I’m not sure if it’s just complainers doing their usual complaining, but I had nothing to complain about. I called in advance to see if I can walk in and they were happy to take me. I grew up in the area and always passed by Vivian’s, so I finally decided to try some no chip mani and regular pedi. I’ll be honest, I don’t get my nails done a lot because I like doing it myself at home to save money, but I think I’ll be a regular customer because of Lisa. Lisa did my nails she was very nice and sweet. If there was anything that was an extra cost, she made sure to get my consent first which is very important to be translucent about those things. Something that was very important to me as well, is that I have a small twitch in my toes on my left foot. This can make it frustrating for the nail tech, Lisa was very patient and understood my condition. Overall, I was happy with the results. Another plus, was that they had Apple Pay!! This makes it SO much easier to pay at the end so I don’t have to dig through my purse and risk ruining my hands, or make the nail tech uncomfortable when I ask them to go through my things. Why is there so many bad reviews? I’m not sure if it’s just complainers doing their usual complaining, but I had nothing to complain about. I called in advance to see if I can walk in and they were happy to take me. I grew up in the area and always passed by Vivian’s, so I finally decided to try some no chip mani and regular pedi. They now have the added challenge of the global pandemic to handle and they are doing beyond amazing even so. Extra safe, many measures in place to keep us and them safe, everything is legit sparkling clean. Wonderful job Vivian Nails! Keep up the excellent work, we will continue with you always! I did dip powder here for the first time and am extremely happy. I have had nails done by Lisa, Tina and Lee so far. They are all so good, I’m excited to try the others that work here too, I am more than confident they are ALL VERY talented and detail oriented. Everyone is always busy with customers! I absolutely love it here. People are kind and do a wonderful job. They now have the added challenge of the global pandemic to handle and they are doing beyond amazing even so. Extra safe, many measures in place to keep us and them safe, everything is legit sparkling clean. Wonderful job Vivian Nails! Keep up the excellent work, we will continue with you always!
