I’ve been here a few times with ok service, but sadly this morning (even though I had an appointment), I waited for almost 40 minutes for a pedicure and gel manicure. After a while, they had me soak my feet in lukewarm/almost cold water. The pedicure was fine, nothing special, but the gel manicure was one of the worst manicures I’ve ever had. She filed my nails way down and was extremely rough with my hands. At least 5 of my cuticles were bleeding at the end 🙁 and now I have little cuts around my nails.

I love this salon and the staff are great but every time I come I make a point to call ahead to make an appointment (I learned the hard way they are always busy). Still, I end up waiting a minimum of 30 minutes every time I come in which is about twice a month. I have even had them prioritize a walk in for a shorter service who arrived after I did when I had already been waiting for 45 minutes…great salon but if this is the way they want to treat their regular customers then I may need to find a new place.

Called for a same day appointment in 30 min. She told me it would be an hour. She called back 5 min and said she could honored the 30 min appointment. I walked in, told them who I was, picked a color and they sat me in the pedicure chair. I didn’t get her name, black shirt with white stars, she answers the phone. She started on my ($20)manicure.She did an awesome jump of cleaning my cuticles. It was a mess! I only did regular clear polish on my nails. Another lady (green button down shirt) did my ($55 +$5)

Meh. I came in at the end of the day , never been here before, I was not really happy . They charge way more than I am used to paying for a plain manicure, and it was rushed. Google says ope. Till 8 but at 725 she was saying we close at 7. Won’t come back but maybe they have great technicians for specialty nails etc. Plain pedicure, no way. In Dallas I even get a glass of wine with my pedi. Oh well.
