I am a very busy business woman, when I called to make my appointment they understood that and made a exception and got me in before hours. So I finally made an appointment. Got my full set (acrylic) with gel polish today. Customer service was exceptional. Terry is absolutely the best. She is truly and expert at what she does. I am very pleased and happy with my nail. Been looking for good place to get nails done. Someone that understands what I like, and is a professional. Someone recommended this place and Terry. I am a very busy business woman, when I called to make my appointment they understood that and made a exception and got me in before hours. So I finally made an appointment. I don’t think there is a nail spa that can beat this one, nor do I think I’ll be looking for any other. My sister’s and I came in today with no appointment, they got us right away with 2 full sets, a manicure for the youngest and all 3 of us a pedicure with no issues or complaints. Great customer service, great technicians… just outright an amazing spa.

I would give a zero star if there was an option. I really wanted to love this place, but was very disappointed in my services. I read very good reviews about experiences here. However, I couldn’t wait for my visit to be over. I started with my gel refill and it was SO Painful. The lady looked at my nail and started nagging that these are very old and bad quality. She started taking off the powder very aggressive and she took it of with my nail and the skin under my nail. I started screaming because of the pain. I told her respectfully that please do it gently. she said “ I will ask someone else to take care of your nails”.

My nails and one of my friends nails were excellent, my third friend’s nails were not up to expectations though. She showed her design to two people, and then the third person confronted her and said that gems would not work on her already painted gel nails. The communication was not clear amongst the staff, and the paint did not cover the entire nails. Also the star designs were rushed and did not fully connect either. I suggest be careful who you have do your nails, but overall the nails were good.

I have been coming to Vivian’s for four years. Dee has been my nail tech throughout the last 5 years and have always provided phenomenal service. She has always been professional yet personable with all of her clients. I’ve recommended her to a few people and they also rave of her outstanding work. She is extremely thorough and gives each client the time that is needed to care for their specific needs. She makes you feel like family and not just a number. Not once has she rushed to get a job done. Her patience, personality and welcoming smile will make anyone comfortable. Dee is knowledgeable and provides quality service and she stays booked so if you want a professional that provides exceptional services that include manicures, pedicures and eyebrow waxes to name a few. Book an appointment with her ASAP! You definitely will not regret it!!!

I went to this nail salon in the past (walk-in, no appointment) and did not have a great experience (terrible dip manicure and my skin was cut in several places) but decided to give it another try since it’s a convenient location to for me. I read several reviews where Julia was recommended, so I booked with Julia and I’m so glad I did! She did a fantastic job (dip) and she’s super nice! I’m pretty picky about my nails, and I had zero complaints. Book with Julia and you will not be disappointed!

I used to come to Vivians often, but stopped for a while. Decided to come back for my birthday pedicure and had the BEST experience! The staff allowed me and my girlfriends to use the private room in the back at no extra charge and we were even allowed to bring our own bubbly and juice for mimosas. The best part though, is 3 weeks later and my pedicure still looks brand new! Will definitely be coming back here in the future.

I went twice for gel manicure and pedicure, the first time the manicure didn’t last more than 10 days, I said it’s okey it happens and I told my self to give it a second chance, but here the gel cracked this time and was peeled the first week. For the pedicure, I mentioned both times to the different technicians to take care of the ingrown toenail, but they did it quickly like they just want to finish, they were not that friendly. The reason I went to the place is because I moved recently to the area and I don’t want to drive to my old nail spa. But after these 2 experiences I’ll go back to it, it’s better to drive to nice and professional technicians.

This is a great place. I appreciate they took me as a walk-in. However, I had a bad experience with the first technician that tended to me, Maggie. She was rude. I felt she was in a hurry, and when I asked her to slow down and to please clean my cuticles that were a mess (she had told me it was too late to do it), she got up and left me waiting without saying a word to me. Bad costumer service practice. I was about to leave when Calvin came to save the day. He did an excellent job. He was patience, put me at ease, and was professional. Then, Helen did an excellent job at doing my pedicure. She was friendly and made sure I was getting what I wanted. By the way, I don’t appreciate Maggie coming to me when I was having my pedicure done to tell me that I was pushing her. You don’t talk to a costumer like that. I was never rude to her, not even when she left me waiting without a word. The costumer skills of this lady are horrible. The only reason I will come back to Vivian’s is the service I received from the lady who greeted me at the door, and from Helen and Calvin.
