Out of all Bristol nail centers, this one tops them all. Every time I go they usually have time for walk-ins (but I recommend calling ahead), and they have a huge variety of nail colors. It was so hard to pick from their colors, but they do such a good job so this is where I usually go, so there’s many more chances to try their wide range of colors!

This is my first time getting my nails done, they were so amazing about it, I got a heart shape and her attention to detail was so good you could tell she wanted it to look perfect, my sister also got her nails done in french tips for her birthday and she loved them aswell!! the only thing i would have done differently is tip them more!

I am one to leave positive reviews when I receive excellent service, but this is not the case for this nail salon. I first tried this nail salon a few months ago before a wedding, which I got a gel manicure and pedicure. Pedicure was fine but for the manicure, the gel (which should last at least two weeks) ended up completely coming off one of my nails the next day. When I went back in to address this, the owner literally was able to easily peel off the gel from my nails showing clearly that the gel was not applied correctly.

The answer is no, just no. I had high hopes as the reviews seemed good, and I get pedicures regularly but trust me when I say I’m pretty understanding and patient but this DEFINITELY WAS NOT worth the money. I had to wait 20 minutes even though I had an appointment, the girl who did my feet did work hard I will give her that, but also cut my cuticle and made me bleed, (I left with blood on my toes…) They didn’t use a top coat, the massage was very rough and not very enjoyable (but I know personal preference) but they also put the hot stone they use on the dirty floor before using it and I deff did not like that. Lastly they also offered some program if you pay cash you get 6% well they were too busy and didn’t even do it. (Not that I wanted it, but don’t post it everywhere and you’re too busy now, being rushed after waiting ehhh not great)so it’s deff going to be a no for me..

First time I went here, they told me to get a gel manicure. The day I walk out 1 nail has a small chip, no biggie. The next few days the thumb chips and all the gel polish starts changing color. I went back and they blamed me for their poor quality nail polish and service after telling me gel would last long. I went back so they could fix the problem and they charged me and did a bad job the second time. I will never go back there again. Save your time and money and go elsewhere!
