I had my nails done for the first time and I loved them, Kent did a beautiful job. I was in the area a couple of weeks later, so I walked in and made an appointment to get them filled with a new color. When I arrived a few days later for my appt. they told me they were booked, no apologies, just that they were booked and could I come back later. It was so unprofessional and a real disappointment since the first visit was great.

They do a wonderful job here. It’s the best place in town, by far. Great color selection, gel or regular, acrylics are always done with precision, and they are very gentle. So far I’ve been happy with every nail technician that’s done my nails. Can’t go wrong with Vivian Nails 🙂

Got a gel manicure and I told the tech that I wanted a squoval shape and she made them all crooked and different lengths. Then when she did the manicure itself she got the gel all over my skin (so it will likely lift off the nail too in a few days) and it’s super bumpy and there are sections that she missed. She was friendly but I definitely wouldn’t come back for any service here. It wasn’t relaxing at all.
