Critical: Quality, ValueI am surprised this place has this many stars! I went in for a classic French gel manicure and pedicure and am HIGHLY disappointed. If you can’t do a classic set, you may as well close up shop!!! The first lady changed my toe color without asking me then got upset when I kindly asked her to fix it back to the clear color! After that she didn’t want to continue doing my toes so another lady stepped in. She was better, but my finger nails are uneven even after me asking her to fix it. The nail polish is sloppy. The UV lights burned my fingers and the lady kept yelling at me to put my hands back??? Just don’t even waste your time or money hereI am surprised this place has this many stars! I am surprised this place has this many stars! I went in for a classic French gel manicure and pedicure and am HIGHLY disappointed. If you can’t do a classic set, you may as well close up shop!!! These people are very disorganized. I made an appointment 3 weeks ago for Gel filling for 2 people and it was supposed to be at 12:30pm. Still at 1:00pm they did not provide there services. They told me I had to wait, the technician wanted to do my daughters nails first and then she will take me. She will take one hour with each of us, which means I will be getting out of there after 3:00pm. My appointments supposed to be finishing by 1:30pm. That’s ridiculous…. If I made appointment I expect to be seen at that specific time. They were 2 technicians in there and with limited English communication, they were suggesting the whole situation was my fault. Very unprofessional and poor management. I do not recommend this place to anyone!

Kim is awesome. My nails are always nicely done, and have lasted for 3 weeks or more but I always come for a fill at 2 weeks. She is professional and sweet. They have a large selection of gel polish and service is fast since I always make an appointment. It’s a small salon and it’s not as nicely decorated at other places that will charge too much for shitty service. I recommend this place to anyone that wants long lasting acrylic nails at a reasonable price.

I been going to this place for over 15 years. John and Kim are who I go to normally because my nails last at least two weeks. Kim is normally booked so it is best to make an appointment. Did I forget to mention they are really inexpensive too
