Critical: Punctuality, Quality, ValueI decided to try this salon for the first time as it has good reviews and it’s close to my house by car. I got there on time for my 11 am appointment but they had me wait 10 minutes and left my nails to soak for another 20 minutes which seems to be a long time of acetone on my nails. I understand that they were busy but I expected to be out by 12 pm, 12:15 pm latest as I had my cousin’s wedding to go to. When I initially booked the appointment, the woman told me it would take 45 minutes to an hour which I planned accordingly. Finally when they got to me, there were two ladies working on each of my hands. The lady who was standing as she worked on my right hand was really rough with my nails and nipped my skin because it hurt my thumb and I see a red mark left. I looked past that, whatever it happens. But what got me so upset is my technician named Joy didn’t even do a proper job with the gel manicure, especially for $35. I spent an hour and forty minutes for a sloppy job; there are so many streaks and they didn’t even cover the sides of my nails (Look at the photos attached for reference). I made sure to express how upset I was but they didn’t offer anything and said I should still pay the full amount. This was a big waste of my time and money. Critical: Quality, ValueIf you are a woman of color, don’t waste your time, they act like your money is no good to them. Vivian will give you the least talented person to do your nails and when you know what’s supposed to be done properly with nail cate she looks at you with that dumb look. If you are a woman of color, don’t waste your time, they act like your money is no good to them. Vivian will give you the least talented person to do your nails and when you know what’s supposed to be done properly with nail cate she looks at you with that dumb look. It’s clean place, but there is no professional care. Only two people know how to do nails I’m there and they are always booked.
