When I came and asked for a perm with bleached hair I knew the risks and asked them if they thought it’d work and they confirmed it would. Throughout the process I felt like they knew that it wasn’t holding and could’ve let me know or prevented it to an extent. I appreciate their efforts but this was not a good experience and I’ll have to be cutting my hair to a short cut which is not preferable.

Let me start by saying this place is HORRIBLE. Not only was I cut 2 times she refused to do the haircut I wanted and insisted that we do what she wanted to do. After I said i was done and not happy with experience she grab the clippers and shave my head. Immediately after I had rashes all over my head. So not only was my hair messed up, my head was infected. Inconclusive this place is unprofessional, disrespectful, and plan out disgusting never again. 0 stars

Kinda pricey I paid 120 for full set with a layover (acrylic over real nails, short and pedi-they have different prices for different levels of pedis) however two weeks later I go back for a fill and pedi polish change and it was 100.00. So yes get full price b4 u get service. ( well at least I should) I come from Oakland to Hayward to them. In my area I get shame service for half price. I go to them out of loyalty. Long time customer. But they for sure are pricey ( off posted prices).

My first experience was a good one. My wait time was less than 3 minutes. Vivian did a great job on my eyebrows. I was super nervous at first because I was a new customer and my kids were with me (doing the most). However she did so good and was patience with my kids.
