A little different than other Massage places I’ve been to, but that’s not a bad thing. Being able to walk right in a room with no appointment is amazing. Even more amazing was the massage. She found knots in my back that I didn’t even know were there. Over all, great experience and I will not only be back, but I will definitely recommend it to others as well.

There have been times when I’ve gotten massages that are so soothing, I’ve fallen asleep. If that’s what you’re looking for here, you’ll need to tell your therapist specifically because the only descriptive word I’ve been able to come up with has been that my massage at Vivi was the most “dynamic” I’ve ever had- the therapist actively felt out where I had knots and tension and worked out those areas. It was amazing, and I wish I knew the therapist’s name.

This place was not so good. The lady I had made the pressure not very relaxing, it was a real rough massage.. The leg message was good, but not very long and didn’t even touch my feet. It was an okay massage, but not great. I would’ve just had my bf massage me. Then, when it came to pay, they forced me into giving them a $15 tip when it wasn’t that good.

Hands down best massage experience of my life! First time here, and I am hooked. My girl was amazing! She took her time, applied excellent pressure to work tight areas, utilized hot stones, I can’t say enough good things about my experience. The atmosphere is very calming and relaxing. So we just got back from a couples massage at Vivi Spa near Giant! SO worth it. We got a deal on Groupon. Highly suggest checking out this hidden gem before people realize what they are missing! So I surprised my daughter with a mother daughter spa day. I found a Groupon and we had wanted to go for awhile now. When we got there the ambiance was nice at first. We were kind of rushed into a room which was beautiful but then unfortunately due to the language barrier none of the ladies could speak with me. Now at every other massage I’ve went to you fill out a medical form first to tell them issues you have and areas to work on or not touch at all. Since this wasn’t offered when I tired to explain not to touch my lower back or just be very gentle. She really didn’t understand it seemed as though she thought I meant work on that area most. I kept saying no to hard as it hurt so bad. I have a slipped disc and it can’t be touched hard at all. There also must have been an issue with another customer her and the other lady were clearly not happy about something. My lady had a very confused angry look to her and it was all just very confusing. My daughter at the end who is only 13 said well the massage was ok but their customer service skills were awful. So I do not think we would return. Especially due to not finding out the history of customers medical issues really caused an unpleasant experience in an environment you should be relaxed the most.
