Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityThis was my first time getting my nails done here! I’m not one to regularly get my nails done, so I didn’t know exactly what to expect. They were very helpful and really professional and knew what they were doing. I love my nails! I went from having 12 year old boy looking nails to having beautiful lady hands again! LOL I wish I would have got the man’s name who done my nails. I feel really rude for not asking. But I think I heard a lady before me call him David. So, shout out to David! This was my first time getting my nails done here! I’m not one to regularly get my nails done, so I didn’t know exactly what to expect. i’ve went here a few times, the first time i went i sat for 3 hours and there were multiple people who came in after i did that got finished before i was ever called out of the waiting area, the second time i went i got dip powder and i also went earlier in the day which is the best idea. i had a wonderful experience the second time i went. i was in and out super quick the lady who done my nails was super nice and amazing. the last time i went the lady doing my nails couldn’t do the design i wanted, which is cool whatever, but they still charged me for the design that i didn’t get. and my nails didn’t even last 24 hours before chipping and breaking. i work from home and type on a computer all day so i know i wasn’t being too rough on them. i would love this place if the service was more consistent.

I went here to get a fill in. I ended up paying $64 for it and I already have a lifted nail 3 days later. The service was terrible and i was misquoted on price and was told after it was all done. The lady kept cutting my finger with the nail file and she didnt even put the right size nail on my finger but kept going. Then she got an attitude when i told her i didnt like it. I went back to get my nail fixed and they acted like i wasnt there. Terrible place.. ive tried to give this place chances but almost everytime its something new.

this place has went down hill. i used to go all the time and they were great but the last two times i have went a nail has broken in less than a week of getting them done. i also had dip acrylics done both of these times, which is supposed to last longer than a regular nail polish, but both times they lasted less than a week. and i wasn’t being hard on my hands, i literally was undoing my seat belt and scratching my knee when a nail broke off. this wouldn’t be a problem if i didn’t pay $60, and a $20 tip. do not go here!!!!

The lady that does my is awesome “Linda” if you want your nails done right and good please go see her. She does not stress you out with her family problem or just ignore you while you sitting there she makes you feel good while being their. Also if you have small children that wants them done she is great with them my daughter love her to do her nails.

These pictures are 3 days after and I got the sns powder on my nails. I also got a pedicure. He did a really good job. Extremely clean (they have you wash your hands as soon as you walk through the door after you fill out a form), does what you ask and take their time to do it properly. He asked me specific questions about how I wanted my nails shaped, if I wanted to add tips so they would be more even (I’m growing them so I kept my nails the way they were) and gave me plenty of time to decide on the colors I wanted rather than standing over me making me feel like I needed to hurry since they were busy. I appreciated not feeling rushed through my service. I felt really relaxed the entire time. Definitely will return and would recommend ❤️

Is there a nail salon in Richmond that doesn’t suck? First time here. This place is efficient if you’re looking for a quick place to sit for 30 minutes and spend $50+. Make sure you purchase the $50 option if you want hot towels. My lady said 2 words to me only because I asked her something. Nobody even greeted me except for, “Here sign this.” Not a very friendly place and I was in and out with in 30min. Will not return.
