Got my nails done Saturday with my friend mine was 45.00 I added a 5 dollar tip and checked my bank and it said 95.00 was taken out so I called them to see why it wasn’t 50 and he said for the tip he accidentally put 50 I get it mistakes happen and they said they would be open and stay there till I got off at 5 I showed up at 5:14 and no one was there so that means I have to stop by again tomorrow when it says they close at 5:30 this is bad business n I told them I would be there after I got off and they said it was ok they would be there. I wouldn’t even write this review if I got my money back today but there was no one there do not say someone will be there when there wasn’t I wasted my gas and time for nothing

They have a walk in welcome sign but don’t take walk ins. Need too take the sign down. Came in at 12:00 and was told too come back at 3 o’clock told them I would be back at 3. Then got told they booked it. Very unprofessional would not recommend

I was referred to them by a friend and overall they have done great work and the experience is a pleasure, but I am very disappointed on how they handle my disappointment with the service I received on my last visit. I went in on Wednesday and by Saturday my nails began to discolor. I called today to let them know if I can come in and get them re-done and she said I would have to pay again because it’s not there problem that I picked white and they tend to turn yellow. Well it’s not the first time I have done a gel white on my nails, and I have never had them discolored they way they are now. Not very good customer service to have me pay again. I will go somewhere else from now on and I will be sure to let my friends know about my experience and let them decide if they would like to continue to go.

I usually get my normal acrylics done but since they pushed “healthy nails” and just adding a tip (claiming they would last 3-4 weeks ands make my nails stronger), i went ahead and did the healthy nails ($40). It came out bulky and bumpy. A week and a half later two nails popped off just trying to open a drawer and my hands slipped. It’s not worth it. I called to see if I could just get my normal acrylics done with a design to kind of do an even exchange since I was super disappointed. And they said that they would charge me for that but they can do the two nails. Like I said, I didn’t like the way it came out so I declined. Way too over priced for a crappy product. To say the least; I will no longer go there and neither will my family who used to be regulars.
