I’ve been looking for nail technician who could do acrylic powder nail extensions in upstate for a while. It’s pricier but has much natural shape and last longer on me. I got my acrylic powder nail extensions done by Tracy, which is WOW! So gorgeous! If you want the acrylic powder extensions, she is your nail technician for sure ( she is off on Sundays and Mondays so be sure to call to make an appointment first as they are always very busy!)

The service there was not expectable. All the workers were all rude and disrespectful. One of the workers doing my nails put her hand in my face as I was telling her to fix something with my nails. After that she kept giving me attitude and looks of disgust. The friend I was with, got the same nails I did, her price was $53 while my nail lady told me mine were $63 and didn’t correct her self until I mentioned my friends price. Her name is cici. She is not worth spending $5 dollars on. If I could give it a negative star I will. Very disappointed with the service here especially because I always recommend this place and this has been my go to place for years now.

My first and last time at this place. The nail technician I had was rude, was throwing my hands around, kept making me cross my arms which ended up with one of my nails touching my cardigan. Then she cut my pinky really bad with the file I was bleeding. She was so rough all of my fingers hurt today. Never coming here again.

This was my first nail appt. with Vivi Nails and I have to give them 5 stars. My nails came out beautiful and the nail technician was friendly and took her time. I did not feel rushed and she made sure to give me exactly what I wanted. Also, the place is absolutely beautiful inside. Thanks Vivi Nails! I will definitely be back.
