Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, ValueWent and got my nails done here yesterday, UV gel fill. Looked good when I left. Less than 24 hrs later my middle finger broke opening the car door, made a fist around the handle and it snapped, which is not something that should happen. Went back today for them to fix it. They burned me with the drill, drilled the nail paper thin to the point that when I press on it I experience pain, cut the nail short because they drilled it so paper thin it was flimsy to put a tip on which I really didn’t want since I’m trying to grow them out anyway. They fixed the nail but the design is crooked, and to top it all off they charged me to fix the nail for a UV gel fill that didn’t even last 24 hrs, so they clearly don’t stand behind their work. That’s pretty poor customer service, not about the amount of money. You should get at least 2 weeks out of that type of service. So I paid to have a crooked design on a nail that should not have snapped. Got my nails done for my birthday. It was overall a great experience. My nails look exactly like the picture I showed and the massage chairs were a very nice extra. I 100% recommended this place and a worker there Anna did and amazing job, definitely worth it! Manicure, Nail art, Pedicure

The people here are very nice and I have gone for years but the past few months they have greatly diminished on quality and professionalism. It doesn’t matter if you have an apt. It’s never on time. The ability of the technicians is really horrible. The acrylics turn out thick and lumpy. A round tip is not even on any nail. After years of going there I won’t be going back.

I’ve been going to Vivi every 3 weeks for almost a year. I usually go to Yuki, but have also been to Lisa & my kids have been to David & few of the other technicians there. They’re all very well trained and doing amazing jobs. The salon is very clean, the staff is cheerful & friendly, and they’ve done a great job with covid mandates. I highly recommend this place!

I’ve used Vivi’s in the past , and always question why I return back every time I go . I made a 3:30pm appointment at 10am all for me to get there at 3:30 and was told “ you need to wait “ . I waited 20 minutes to be seated in the pedicure chair that was available when i arrived and the whole 20 minute that i waited to be seated . After being seated , I waited another 10 minutes. My water had to be changed 3 times because it had gotten cold from me sitting there . I must say my pedicure came was good .Wendy was very nice and listened to what i asked of her to do . This place needs better time management and needs to be more accommodating to those who make appointments.

Doesn’t matter if you have an appointment, you will sit and wait. Just about every time I go there, I’m waiting at least 30-40 minutes to be seated for my appointment. God forbid you have to soak gel off, you’ll be sitting for 20-30 minutes without being acknowledged. Services otherwise are great. Owner needs to learn people skills.
