I’ve tried giving Vivi nails multiple chances and maybe 30% of the time I have good service and good quality nails. I usually go in for a gel manicure and this last time was the last straw. I am very understanding of the occasional bleeding of the nail bed but the nail tech made SEVERAL of my nail beds bleed. They were so swollen and painful after (first photo). The nail tech wore gloves so when she would try to remove rogue polish all it did was smear and I had random nail polish all over my hands after. It hasn’t even been a week since I got them done and my nails are already chipping and my nail beds still look awful (2nd + 3rd photo). On top of all of this, she charged more than I’ve ever paid at Vivi. I was too upset and in pain to even bother with it, I just paid and left for the last time.

I don’t recommend this place unless you’ve been going there and you’re used to their business. However, if you are wanting to come here I will give you a quick warning on pricing. I called in and asked how much for a full set acrylic one color reg. polish. They said it would be 45$ 5$ extra if they take off polish. So I was thinking it was good pricing. I went here for my first time today for an acrylic full set. I had a good experience at this place. Bia did a great job and made sure every step of the way they were looking exactly how I wanted and fixed anything I wanted. My only complaint is that some nails are a little crooked, but by far much better then a lot of salons in the columbus area. I will be returning.
