Critical: Quality, ValueI have gone there a few times since COVID because it is right across the street. I loved my old Salon but near the place I USED to work. I seem to get the same girl when I walk in. Rush job. Sloppy work. I had to ask her to clean up the excess nail polish around my cuticles and she looked like it was a problem. My polish was streaky and I didn’t notice a top coat. Such a shame for a great location. And they charge $40 for a pedicure!! I have gone there a few times since COVID because it is right across the street. I loved my old Salon but near the place I USED to work. I seem to get the same girl when I walk in. Rush job. Sloppy work. I had to ask her to clean up the excess nail polish around my cuticles and she looked like it was a problem. My polish was streaky and I didn’t notice a top coat. Not the best pedicure. Nice enough folks but water was cold for soaking, there was nail polish remover poured over the top of my feet that were sunburned already. Very quick massage. Would not go back again.

Not very friendly. My friend requested a service and they said we will do that next time and went ahead and started doing what they wanted on her nails until she stopped them. Another lady already there was charged for extra things done that she hadn’t ask for. We won’t be back.

I have been going to this nail salon for 15 years once every week – one week for gel nails and the next for a polish change. Everyone is friendly and does a beautiful job. I consider this one of the best places in Naples.
