Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI have never been to this shop before when I decided to stop in and to treat myself for a few moment because I never have time. I wanted something simple. Just clean up my eye brows and I expressed this. First of all they didn’t even have a table for waxing. The wax was so hot when applied that it burn the top layer of my skin off and now here I am 2 days later with swollen red eyebrows. I tried to call the business and just let them know “hey this is what happened maybe you need to turn the heat down.” I wasn’t even looking for reimbursement because they are so low down I know nothing would be done. Maybe just save the next victim He proceeded to tell me that if something like that would have happened he would know and since it’s been 2 days he don’t know what I’ve done to make it red and swollen. And that honestly he didn’t care. I have never been to this shop before when I decided to stop in and to treat myself for a few moment because I never have time. I wanted something simple. Just clean up my eye brows and I expressed this. First of all they didn’t even have a table for waxing. Critical: QualityI normally come and see the gentleman that’s always here, but he wasn’t working today unfortunately. The lady working was by herself and maybe felt rushed. But my 2 year old could’ve done a better job on my nails. I’ll be going somewhere else to fix them later this week.Services: Gel manicures, Acrylic nails

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, Valuesuper messy and wasn’t willing to clean up the cuticles. when she was drilling my nails it made me bleed and cut my skin a few times. the filing was terrible, super uneven. she also didn’t apply the dip powder correct. overall very disappointed and won’t be coming back.
