I was very pleased the very first time I came. Got some dip in powder + gel (the picture with gloves) came to do a re-touch for the acrylic nail they put in the tips… and just got something else that doesn’t look good just messy and not natural at all. It literally looks like someone put clay on them… I’m very unhappy and not sure if I want to come back… honestly I just do the review because my friends brought me here the very first time and the second time I came by myself. Hopefully this is something that can be fixed? I don’t want to wait too long with nails like this.

Today was my first time coming here and i was not happy with my nails at all. I don’t know if it because the girl was young but she kept on messing up on my nails. For examples my natural nails were not even so she had to keep cutting them down shorter and shorter because she couldn’t get both hands to be the same. I got the dip powder and it was so lumpy. I had to keep asking her to fix it. Then on the way home i realized my dip powder that’s only 15 mins old Is damaged. SMH. Oh yes i forgot to say i got a gel pedicure. She did not use the foot file to take off the dead skin. I asked her why she said oh you only have a little. I said that’s fine take it off. So when i paid for my service she charged me a extra $5 for a callus remover. I said how can you charge me $5 for something i didn’t even have. She said well you asked to get your dead skin off. I said yes that comes with a pedicure. So she did end up giving me $5 in cash but I’m not happy about my nails any really see my nail because of camera ugh

I use this nail salon regularly. I appreciate their services. I tend to come at the end of alternating weeks. I keep my appointments and generally don’t have to wait for service. The environment is nice and business like. The other clients are pleasant and classy. It is a peaceful place for generalized services. My manicures last a bit longer at another location but I prefer the nail shaping here. I wear quite a few diamond rings and I appreciate a professional, polished manicure to show them off.

Kristy did an amazing job!! I walked in 20 minutes before closing and she not only did my French Manicure but when I told her I’ll be back tomorrow for pedicure she replied don’t worry I’ll do it for you after I finish your manicure. She stayed an extra hour after closing. My nails look amazing and I can’t thank her enough. This is my new favorite nail salon!

I have been with Phan for almost 4 years! I’m also a hairstylist so I take cleanliness to an extreme. The shop is great but Phan takes care of me like no other! My wife went to this nail salon and when she booked an appointment they said okay but when she got there they didn’t accept her right away and it took a long time as well as having multiple people working on different nails at different times. The manager was always yelling and this is the second time this has happened to her the attitude here is definitely not nice and from the way she told me the story and then seems like you she didn’t have fun at all. I would not recommend this place to any of my friends but they do get the job done at the end.
