First experience having my nails done here. 10/10! The entire atmosphere was so welcoming and relaxing. This is probably one of THE cleanest salons I’ve ever been to. Beautiful job on both my pedicure and gel manicure (which lasted 2 weeks before chipping at all!). Prices are fair. Can’t wait to go back! Manicure, Pedicure

did my nails here for my birthday and they do the best gel manicure ever!! Theyre a bit pricier but compared to the other salons ive been to its definitely worth it and MUCH better quality than my other manicure experiences.

Best nail salon in Hillsborough! I got my nails done here for prom and me and my mom have been going back ever since. I get a gel nail everytime I come here and theyre all so nice and professional. Also, definitely the cleanest place I’ve been to. Also the pedicure chairs are so nice and the most relaxing experince I’ve ever had at a nail salon. Highly recomend this place if youre looking for a place in central jersey

Tina typically does my gel manicure, and she does very well. Nails always perfect The gentleman who checks your temp is very pleasant. The place is definitely clean, and staff is professional and friendly. Would recommend.

Critical: Quality, ValueThey destroyed my nails! I had tips and dip done at another location and went to Vivi to get it removed. They didn’t know how to remove it – prying it off, using the spinning nail file on my actual nails, not cutting my nails…there are dents and scrapes all over my nails. It’s horrible!!!! Not to mention they left all the glue on from the tips AND charged $35!!!!! Just for a removal?! I should have refused to pay. Disgusted.They destroyed my nails! I go here as a guy just to get my nails in shape sometimes with my wife. This place is super nice and I dont get my nails done often but loved the experience here and everyone was super clean and professional., sweetest staff ever

Worst customer service ever. 4 nails peeled after an extremely expensive gel manicure less than a week later. Bi Bi the owner refused to redo all the nails. She repainted the 4 that peeled. Concerned that I was leaving before the Thanksgiving holiday and that the others would peel as well; she had the nerve to question where I was going and told me hopefully they would be ok. She left me with 4 nails not even the same as the other 6 as she ran out of the original color. Horrible experience and feel completely ripped off Owner is not nice.
