Critical: QualityI asked for Medium length coffin and got short and stubby nails that look like candy corn. The nails are already lifting after not even a full day. I paid $80 for a deluxe manicure and a full set neutral. The deluxe includes a hand massage, exfoliation with a scrub, and the regular manicure stuff. I asked for Medium length coffin and got short and stubby nails that look like candy corn. The nails are already lifting after not even a full day. I paid $80 for a deluxe manicure and a full set neutral. The deluxe includes a hand massage, exfoliation with a scrub, and the regular manicure stuff. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueWe stopped here while in vacation from out of state, and loved this salon! They were super accommodating with our short time window before needing to go to the airport. Our pedicures felt amazing, and our daughter had her first set of acrylic nails done – we love them all! Amazing service, friendly staff, beautiful nails – we definitely will be back on our next vacation! Best way to kill some time before flying back home. We stopped here while in vacation from out of state, and loved this salon! They were super accommodating with our short time window before needing to go to the airport. Our pedicures felt amazing, and our daughter had her first set of acrylic nails done – we love them all! Amazing service, friendly staff, beautiful nails – we definitely will be back on our next vacation! Best way to kill some time before flying back home. Thanks so much!!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI had a pedicure and a gel manicure, and the services were really rushed and overall poor quality. I kept having to have her fix polish that was on my skin but she was just happy to leave there. Instead of getting a massage with my pedicure I just basically got lotion put on my skin quickly. Not a relaxing service whatsoever. Tools were somewhat dirty eat! On top of all that there was an employee playing videos very loudly on their phone. I had a pedicure and a gel manicure, and the services were really rushed and overall poor quality. I kept having to have her fix polish that was on my skin but she was just happy to leave there. Instead of getting a massage with my pedicure I just basically got lotion put on my skin quickly. Not a relaxing service whatsoever. Tools were somewhat dirty eat! On top of all that there was an employee playing videos very loudly on their phone. I will not be back and do not recommend them whatsoever

Critical: Quality, ValueMy daughter and I went in for a full set and a pedicure. They did a wonderful job on my daughters nails and did a horrible job with mine. My fingers look like they super glued chiclet gum squares to my nails. Its awful. It was a married couple who was working. The husband did my daughter’s nails and they are AMAZING! The wife did mine and they are horrible. She was in a hurry because they were running behind on their appointments. So people were sitting in the pedicure massage chairs waiting. She was in a rush. I wound up paying over $320 for a terrible nail technician. My daughter and I had an appt for 430. We were there 10 minutes early. Then at 435 they brought us to our pedicure chairs and we sat there until 5 pm before they started us. The water our feet was in got cold. It was just a bad experience. My daughter and I went in for a full set and a pedicure. They did a wonderful job on my daughters nails and did a horrible job with mine. My fingers look like they super glued chiclet gum squares to my nails. Its awful. It was a married couple who was working. The husband did my daughter’s nails and they are AMAZING!
