Worst experience ever . I called in First Lady on the other end could not tell me what the address was she did not speak English well so I decided to find it myself . When I did there was nobody there for five min. She finally and out I explained what I wanted for a massage the whole time I spoke I think she wasn’t listening then she said something to the effect of the tips where 10 dollars up front .isaid to her it is up to the customers to tip what they want to tip .as I was explaining this she ignored me took a customer that came in to a room RUDE !!! She. Ever came back. I will never set foot in this place again !!!

I’m upset they make you pay for the massage upfront in the beginning demanding a $20tip to be added to the total, like they literally demanded $20 which i was shocked and surprised. The massage ended up not even being good. I’m never going back here again.

Yea… I’m just gonna leave this picture here… this is exactly what you think it is because these signs are posted up in the lobby as well as all of the rooms… by far the worst massage I’ve ever had. Oh, and they made you tip upfront insisting on $20 each…. never again.

I really wanted to give this place 5 stars. First…. they want payment upfront and charge 3% more if you don’t have cash. We could deal with that, but were a bit taken back by the tip line and told them we would tip at the end. The massage was outstanding and both my wife and felt great afterwards and said we would come back. However upon checking out I noted the massage therapist trying to see how much I was tipping her… which was for both massages. We left close to a 20 % tip, 18 % to be exact and as I was finishing both therapists began to tell me that they get $20 each…. which is a 30 % tip. We didn’t see anywhere that it said that 30% was a must and we asked about that. They said no but they stated they each wanted $20 extra. We both explain to them that we felt our gratuity was more than generous but they continued to insist they wanted more money. After the third or fourth time we told them we were done, that’s it I already tipped you and we left out of the store. For good service 15% is about the industry standard anything above that is for an outstanding job which we felt we had tipped more than generously. We were both extremely embarrassed by this, and based on that we cannot give this place 5 stars, and we will not be going back.

Don’t do it. For all the reasons stated below. I also called to make an appointment. Drove there and they wanted me to wait 15-20 minutes because “you ran late” which is a lie. When I decided I would wait, she then insisted I go wait in another room instead of the lobby. She got upset when I said no. Unprofessional and rude.
