Critical: ProfessionalismAll, Don’t do it! Scammers and can only do basic styles. Showed a picture of what I wanted and got something completely different. They don’t know how to braid in a style. Tried to charge me more when they started but just told me a price. Of course I didn’t pay it. Had to buy gel from them which they kept (stole) and of course they had personal calls and conversations which lead to hours of being in the shop. The results were okay nothing like I asked for. Don’t do it. Go to a regular good american salon were you won’t have to worry a out scams..sad to say but true. The owner sucks and so does her business. All, Don’t do it! Scammers and can only do basic styles. Showed a picture of what I wanted and got something completely different. They don’t know how to braid in a style. Tried to charge me more when they started but just told me a price. Of course I didn’t pay it. This has to be the most unprofessional place I have ever been. She does not schedule appointments so she over books. You have to Pay upfront and you don’t know the quality of work you will get. I felt bad for one lady because she did a different type of braiding pattern the lady came for …. Then tried to charge the poor lady for her mistake. Where they do that at. Please have time on your side if you do go. I had a 6:30 appointment. They started at 8:30 and we finished 1:30 am. I get it guys it’s a braiding shop. However she can use planning skills. Ran out of hair for one Client as well. Just Beware guys…. No customer service at all. Last thing when she ask for you to call and reminder her of your appointment in the morning. You might want to call an hour prior too. She won’t remember and over book. No courtesy call to move the times nothing. She will have you sitting in the shop. Small town thinking but typical Africans. No regards for others time and over charge for fair service. Fool me once shame on me. There won’t be a second time my dear.

My appointment was made in advance and confirmed. I made a courtesy call one hour before my appointment time and text her to confirm that I will be there she requested to push my appointment back by 2 hours because she didn’t get home until late morning the night before. I was unable to accommodate her request due to my initial plans. I offered to push it back by 1 hr and she never responded. They provided me with poor communication and poor customer service. I would not recommend this service or business to anyone.

I must admit that it took a little longer to get a sew-in than I am accustomed to, however, I received the absolute best sew-in ever! The price was good for the work; I’ve lived long enough to know that, basically, you get what you pay for. I have had sew-ins done at various chain salons and at family own shops for less, but the work was not the quality that I received here.I took my own hair.

These folks are very rude and the owner Ms. Vivi ask as if she doesn’t understand english when it comes to her trying to jerk you out of your money. I will not step a foot back in her business and her daughter works for her whom is not licensed she is very horrible at Goddess braids. Im not from Ga. I was in search of finding a stylist. Lets just say Im still searching. I would never support someone from the likes of Vivi. I called at 1pm she told me she would be free at 5pm it wasn’t until 7pm until she attemped to start on my hair. She then tried to up her prices when she started working on my hair. I politely removed myself out of her place of business. She is very rude and unprofessional. She talks about her customers in her language to her daughter/friend in a very vogular manner. I will NEVER return there. If you’re in search of good braiding and good customer service this is place is not it. Id rate it a negative10… Plus not to mention it sticks in her shop. Smells like mildew on top of mildew. Yulk and she just sits there as if it doesn’t have an oder…

I pre consulted for med-small micro braids. When i arrived they said i couldnt get them bc my natural hair was too long (12 inches at the time) understandable. So switched to long senegalese twists. I wanted even through out medium to small size twists . They gave me meduim around the edges and medium to large in the middle. These shops are supposed to get you in and out. . . I had an appointment. . When i arrived they was busy with other customers for 2 1/2 hours before they started on me. Then it took about 9 hours to comeplete. And i think they gave me to the newbie since i wasnt a regular customer. But i specifically went in the shop days before to speak with them and book my appointment with the owner. From my understanding she was going to braid my hair. That didnt happen. I think they do great work dont get me wrong. However this was my experience. . . I can braid hair myself but I just wanted to relax and treat myself for once. The twists turned out fine . . Just not exactly the size I requested for the styles i had in mind.

So I called ahead of time and asked if two people would be available to do my hair because I know how thick it is I was told yes I arrived at 10 and didn’t leave until after 10pm and my hair wasn’t finished I had to go back a second time although I am pleased with the finished product I wasn’t pleased with the time it took to get it done
