I have had an excellent experience at this spa. The laser hair removal treatments are painless and quick and the staff is always very welcoming and wonderful to talk to. Scheduling an appointment is always easy and they are great with accommodating my difficult schedule. I am able to come in and out of a session within the hour and make it to work without hassle. I have never had any side effects and the treatment itself is always a breeze. The machine they use gives out cold air as its working so the pain is almost non existent, and nothing compared to waxing. I would recommend this place for anyone seeking a painless, efficient, and friendly experience with laser hair removal.

I was referred to Vivella Med Spa by a girlfriend a few months ago. I have gotten Botox and a Facial and I highly recommend this Spa! The experience for Botox was quick and pain free! Mary went over and beyond to make my first Facial such a great and relaxing experience. She shared her knowledge and explained how I should be caring for my skin daily without try to sell me a bunch of products. She wants to help and see actual results! Mary is so sweet and a joy to speak with. I will be a forever customer!!

I love this place. I have been going to Mary and her team for year for quarterly Botox. My appointment is always on time, quick, yet thorough. My treatments always bring out a youthful, yet natural look. I’m very open with people that I get Botox and they are always shocked to hear it because it’s never overdone. Recently I decided I didn’t want to wear make up anymore, but I have scarring on my face from breakouts after wearing masks. I asked Mary for a recommendation to help me, fully expecting her to recommend an expensive laser or facial treatment (which I would be willing to pay!). Instead, she suggested a $70 nightly face cream. She told me if I didn’t get the results I wanted, she would recommend something more invasive. Oh. My. Goodness. It works so well! My face has a much smoother appearance and a natural glow. I found a new skin care routine and it’s easy to purchase whenever I go to my Botox treatment! Thank you ladies- especially Mary- for making this such a great experience.

I walked in crying for help with really bad hormonal acne and Mary really showed she truly cared and welcomed me with an open heart. Dealing with acne all my life, after several sessions I started seeing complete transformation. I went from having terrible hormonal acne to completely clear skin. To this day I still see Mary for my maintenance facials when I get small breakouts (which is normal when dealing with stress or when its the time of the month). This place is perfect for me and not just because of the Groupon special for my much needed B12 shots. After, one week I notice a huge difference in my energy levels without it. This place is never overcrowded with people with fast service and a more intimate feel. So, I purchased Velashape. I’m almost at my 2nd week in and only after one treatment I’ve noticed a difference on my back upper thighs. I can’t wait until I’m done with all my treatments and see the final results!
