Critical: QualityInspite of asking for a strong massage , the masseuse gave me up a soft weak one.I barely felt as though I was getting a masage. I literally paid 60$ for getting oil rubbed on my back. My masseuse lucy did not focus on the knots and lacked knowledge on trigger points and identifying tight sections. Horrible service. We called in advance to make an appointment. Me and my boyfriend had a separate massage therapist in the same room. My massage therapist left my massage 6 times from 3-6 minutes each. She was horrible and didn’t care that I was upset with the massage and her absence. She did not even make up the time. She took personal calls and work calls when she left (cell phone and landline phones). She was in the middle of my back and came back forgetting where she left off and tried to catch up to my boyfriend’s massage therapist. At one point she just stopped even massaging and just left her hand on me. I get it you don’t want to do it, then do not let me make an appointment like i did. There was no common courtesy. My boyfriend’s massage therapist did not leave and he got a real massage in comparison.

Worst massage experience ever very unprofessional had to literally get up and walk out to demand a refund. Therapist was shouting in Chinese every 5 min door was left cracked open so she could converse also light in the room was blinking the whole time. Once I got up manger said I’ll give u another room and it will be relaxed this time so basically if u don’t walk out and demand a refund expect terrible service
