AJ has been my stylist since I moved to Jamestown. Her and the rest of the staff I have spoken with are always polite. AJ is definitely a professional and pays attention to what and how each individual wants their hair cut or styled. I would never recommend this Salon to anyone horrible experience! I had hair down to my waste, my back to the mirror the owner (Savannah I think was her name) cut imy hair above my collor! I still want to cry, so tramatic, who does that to a person!? I know she could tell by the look of horror on my face when she turned me to the mirror but still charged me $50. It will take so many years to grow back. So very angry with this salon!
