Jana does a fantastic job with both cut and color. I highly recommend her! I checked out Viva when we moved to the area and the place next door gave me the worst cut, color (left my hair fried) and service ever. She fixed me right back up and saved the day! This salon is THE best. I drive all the way from Alpharetta to see Jana. I do not trust anyone else with my hair. Very reasonable prices and honest. Jonna (spelling?) washed, cut, and styled my hair in about half an hour, near to closing. I was a walk-in while she was coloring another woman’s hair. She did extremely well, knew JUST what I wanted. I am very happy with the results!

I went for a facial. It was ridiculous how rude the lady was to me. I drove a LONG way put of my way to get a treatment done. I wasted my money for the lady to tell me she could not do anything with me and I should know what I am signing up for. When thinking about doing another treatment, She said “I may have 30mins” when on the brochure said treatment time would take 60 mins. I was so embarrassed, so livid, amazed at how unprofessional she was! One of the first things she told me was “wow you have a lot of acne”. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND
