It doesn’t have the natural look I have loved in the past with balayage.I regret going there for my hair. I hope I don’t end up regretting going to viva salon for my health. I wore a mask but the stylist and the other customers did not. She Started off with her forgetting my appointment. I asked for a balayage but she used foil. My hair has blotches of color. It doesn’t have the natural look I have loved in the past with balayage.

I have been a patron of Viva for over 10 years and can honestly say I’ve never experienced a negative situation as described by Ms. Merriam. I have a genetic autoimmune disease. Dawn was so concerned about the effects Covid would have on my health, she scheduled my appointment when the shop was closed, came in on her day off, providing the safest environment and wearing a mask the entire time. I have no doubt if Ms. Merriam would have expressed her grievance to Dawn or Jen giving them a chance to address the problem regarding her hair, the situation would have been rectified.
