I went to this salon to get a fill in and a pedicure. A man named Vincent did my nails. A lady named Tammy did my pedicure. They were very curtious. They did excellent work. I have been coming to Viva Salon and spa for years. Myself and husband for our toes. Lee has started doing my daughters nails earlier this year and she loves her. When ever my tech is not in she finds the best person (I have ingrown toenails) to do them. Now I bring my friends before trips.

I love ❤️ this nails shop. I get my nails and Eyelashes and eyebrows done. They always look great. I get my pedicure and manicure done. Moon and Tammy does a great job with my pedicures. Lee does a great job with my eyelashes and eyebrows. And Sam does a great job with my nails.

This is rhe obe stop shop. Lee be killing the eyebrows and lashes. Not to leave out the technicians are awesome on ur feet. Lee has been around the culture so long her establishment feel like family. I recommend Viva here on tidewater drive in Norfolk luv this place maximum hospitality

This the worst nail shop in the 757. This guy did my nail and it looks like a child did them. They are rude and micro-agressive. I wish I could show the picture of my nails they looks hideous. They have no respect for they client base which is black and I highly recommend that you don’t spend your money here.

This place has no respect for customers. They’re very rude and disrespectful. The Chinese lady is very nasty she sit at the first chair to the right. She have no respect for customers she talk very aggressive to her customers, she is nasty. I wish I could do more than a review they need to have their establishment shut down. The ambiance and atmosphere of Viva Salon and Spa, is tense and cold. The owner Lee and her husband is arrogant, cocky (notice you will never see them do a pedicure) and above their selves. The majority of their costumers are black and I am sure we are the reason their business survive. I patronized with them for over a year, always tipped good and Lee could not even call me by my name, she would address me as hey. I saw several red flags, but I liked the way Hannah did my nails and eyebrows, so I continued to frequent there. However, the energy Lee and her husband gives off is not set up for a relaxed salon experience. Their presence is toxic and they are disrespectful.
