Highly recommend Danielle and Toby! Danielle does such a great job on my hair and even though my daughter has very naturally curly hair which can be difficult to know how to cut (one wrong move and the effects from a prior botched cut by a former self-proclaimed curly hair ‘expert’ takes years to grow out) but she has really tried her best to listen and takes the time to do a thorough consultation before starting, even with my cuts as well. Definitely better with understanding straighter hair though, but we still love her anyway! 😉 it’s a learning process! Some of my friends with curly hair see Toby and brag on him for doing a fantastic job, too.

My hair looks good and everyone was really nice. I’d not been into this salon before and scheduled super last minute cause my hair was just too long and heavy. I called and was scheduled for about an hour later. I really appreciate them getting me in so soon and doing such a great job. If you see this, thank you Amy. (Also, I’ve been in some awfully uncomfortable salon chairs. Its a weird complement but the chair was really the most comfy I’ve had.)

I wanted a trim on my hair since it was splitting. I explained to my hairstylist who was an old male that I’m very particular with my hair and would just like a trim(even if it needed more). I sat down in his chair and I got so nervous so I explained again in a joking manner to go easy on me. He began to explain that my hair was really dead and wanted to cut more off. I laughed it off and said no. He got real snotty and told me to leave his store. Honestly, I had never had anyone act so snotty over a haircut I was paying for. I’ve had hairstylist talk me into going shorter, but never did they deny me of what I wanted. Moral of the story…old man are cranky no matter their profession I hope he’s reading this and laughs bc his ego won’t let him take any criticism
